Help with Chinmaya seva projects and take part in meaningful community outreach.
“Seva is love made visible. Serve with your hands, love with your heart, and see the divine in all.”
Chinmaya Champions is a community volunteer programme rooted in the spirit of seva. It is open to individuals aged 16 to 50 who live in Delhi and are able to travel to the Chinmaya Centre of World Understanding at Lodhi Road.
Volunteers support a range of Chinmaya Mission activities, including on-ground event work, centre coordination, and outreach efforts. This cycle of the programme includes preparation for the Chinmaya Amrit Mahotsav, the 75th year celebration of the Chinmaya Movement in January 2026.
Seva roles vary, but all offer a chance to serve meaningfully and grow through action. Whether assisting with logistics, handling registrations, or contributing online, each volunteer plays a part in furthering the Mission's work.
This is not a full-time commitment. You can choose to serve on weekends, weekdays, or both, depending on your schedule. A combination of in-person and online opportunities are available.

Support meaningful projects that uplift others and strengthen the community.
Gain hands-on experience in organising, coordinating, and working as part of a team.
Meet others who care about purposeful work and living with clarity and commitment.
Seva is a way to quiet the ego, develop focus, and turn work into worship.
A certificate of community service will be given at the end of the programme, acknowledging your hours and your role.
If you are ready to offer your seva, please fill out the form below. We will get in touch with you to guide your next steps.
Chinmaya Mission was founded in 1953 by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda to share the wisdom of Vedanta and inspire people to live with clarity and purpose. The Mission brings together spiritual learning and selfless service, encouraging growth that supports both individual well-being and the greater good.
“To give maximum happiness to the maximum number for the maximum time.”
Over the decades, the Mission has built a strong legacy of educational initiatives across the country, along with rural development, cultural outreach, and environmental service.
Seva is not treated as charity. It is a way to live the teachings, with humility, understanding, and steady effort.
